"We want to adopt AI, but we don't know what to build well enough to ask for a development quote." The AI Readiness Assessment exists for exactly this situation. Before development starts, we document where, what and in what order to add AI. Here's what we actually review and what you receive.
1. How the assessment works
- Request — Choose the AI Readiness Assessment on the pricing page and submit a purchase request
- Materials request — After confirming, we email you a list of materials we need
- Interview — We hear the workflow from the people who actually do the work (video call or in person)
- Analysis — We review work, data and systems and pick AI candidates
- Report delivery — We deliver the results as a document and walk you through it
2. Materials we ask for
They don't need to be perfectly organized. Share what you have and we'll fill the gaps in the interview.
- Company profile (to understand your business structure and team)
- Workflow — the order work flows in, such as from order to settlement
- Systems you use — ERP, groupware, spreadsheets, messengers, etc.
- Examples of documents you create often — quotes, reports, contracts, etc. (with sensitive parts redacted)
Materials are reviewed only for the assessment, and we can sign an NDA first if you prefer. For material that can't leave your office, we can review it together on site.
3. Four things we analyze
| What we look at | Question |
|---|---|
| Repetition | Is this done the same way, often? |
| Material | Are there documents or data for AI to reference? |
| Risk | How costly is a mistake? Does it need human review? |
| Connections | Which systems must it connect to for real impact? |
Scoring each task on these four naturally surfaces the spots that are "high impact yet easy to start."
Want a written plan for where to start?AI Readiness Assessment, KRW 490K · priorities and expected scope in a reportRequest4. The report you receive
The assessment report includes:
- Current workflow & data — how work flows today and where the material lives
- AI candidates and priorities — expected impact, difficulty and required material for each
- Expected scope — cloud or on-premise, and which systems to connect
- Draft development quote — the rough scope if you build the first step
The report is written so you can use it as-is even if you don't continue development with SOL LABS. Feel free to use it as the baseline when getting quotes from other developers.
5. After the assessment
If you want to validate the top-priority feature as a working prototype, you can continue with Assessment + Prototype. If an assessment feels like too much for now, start lightly with a one-hour AX Consultation.
In a one-hour AX consultation we map AI candidates and similar cases for you.
