Data Deletion Instructions

1. Service covered

When you comment with a keyword announced on a post by @ai.worktip, the Instagram account run by SOL LABS AI Inc., we automatically send the requested material by Instagram DM. The records created in this process are what can be deleted.

2. Data that is deleted

• Instagram user ID (an identifier Instagram assigns per app)
• Instagram username
• Sending record: comment and post numbers, date and time, result, and whether a public reply was posted

We use the comment text only to check the keyword and do not store it. DMs you have received and comments you have posted are data held by Instagram (Meta), so you can delete them yourself in the Instagram app.

3. How to request deletion

Please send an email with the following details.

To: contact@sollabsai.com
Subject: Instagram DM record deletion request
Body: your Instagram username (@handle) and the date you commented (if you know it)

If we need to confirm it is you, we may send a confirmation message to that Instagram account.

4. Processing time

We delete the records within 10 days of receiving your request and let you know the result by email.

5. Automatic deletion

Even without a request, Instagram comment auto-DM records are deleted automatically every day once 90 days have passed since sending.
