From consultation to operation,
in four steps
Our CEO leads as PM, agrees the scope in writing first and shares progress every week. One team owns it from the first consultation to operation after launch.
-
Step 01 · Discover
Consult · Assess
We look at your current service and workflows to find where AI fits and what to build. No spec needed.

-
Step 02 · Design
Design · Quote
We lock the scope with screen and data specs, then quote item by item with the base scope and AI options separated.

Step 03 · Build
Build
We ship to a dev server in short cycles so you can try it yourself, report weekly, and fold in changing requirements as they come.

Step 04 · Operate
Operate · Improve
After launch, the warranty period is written into the contract, and monthly operation keeps improving the product. Data gathered in use makes the AI smarter too.

The first step is one conversation
No materials needed. Tell us what you're facing in one line, and we'll start the conversation from there.
How we work
So that first-time clients can feel confident, we commit to how we work up front.
Our CEO handles it from the first consultation to launch, so nothing gets lost in hand-offs.
We agree in writing on what we will and will not build before we start.
Weekly reports and a dev server let you see where things stand at any time.
We quote the base build and AI features separately, so you add AI when you need it.
The post-launch warranty period is written into the contract, and we fix what is ours to fix.
For security-sensitive companies, we build on-premise AI so data never leaves your network.
FAQ about how we work
Can we start without a spec?+
Yes. In the first consultation we listen to your current service and workflows and list the features together, then turn them into a screen spec in the design step.
How is the quote prepared?+
Once the design locks the scope, we send an itemized quote by feature. AI features are shown separately as options.
Can I follow progress during development?+
We report weekly and you can try the build on a dev server. Sign in to see reports and files in one place in the client portal.
Do you support it after launch?+
The warranty period is written into the contract, and after that you can continue with monthly operation and improvement.
Tell us about your situation and we will start with the first step, consultation and assessment.
