Terms of Service

Thank you for using the services provided by SOL LABS AI (the "Company"). These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users regarding the use of the services.

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Art. 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the AI consulting analysis service and related services (the "Service") provided by SOL LABS AI (the "Company").

Art. 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including AI adoption consulting analysis, file analysis and solution recommendations.

② "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.

③ "Content" means files uploaded and information entered by users while using the Service.

Art. 3 (Effect and amendment)

① These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.

② The Company may amend these Terms when it deems necessary, and amended Terms take effect when posted in the notices of the Service.

③ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and request withdrawal.

Art. 4 (Use of the service)

① The Company provides the following services to users.

- AI adoption consulting analysis (based on file upload)

- AI solution recommendations

- Blockchain and software development consulting

② In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, every day, unless there are business or technical issues.

③ The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases.

- Regular system maintenance, expansion or replacement

- Emergency recovery from system failures

- Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies

Art. 5 (User obligations)

Users must not do the following when using the Service.

① Enter false information or use another person's information

② Infringe the Company's intellectual property rights

③ Use the Service for acts prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals

④ Upload files containing malicious code

⑤ Upload files containing another person's personal information without their consent

⑥ Interfere with the stable operation of the Service

Art. 6 (Content management)

① Files uploaded and information entered by users are used only for AI analysis.

② Files used for analysis are deleted from the server after the analysis is complete.

③ Analysis results are displayed only on the user's screen, and the Company does not store them or provide them to third parties.

Art. 7 (Intellectual property)

① Copyright and intellectual property rights in all content provided by the Service (text, images, software, etc.) belong to the Company.

② AI analysis results are generated from the user's input data, and users may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Art. 8 (Limitation of liability)

① The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters, war or other force majeure.

② AI analysis results should be used for reference only, and the Company is not responsible for users' business decisions based on them or their outcomes.

③ The Company is not responsible if users do not obtain expected profits or incur losses through the Service.

Art. 9 (Dispute resolution)

① If a lawsuit arises from the use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall be the competent court.

② The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to lawsuits between the Company and users.
